August 30, 2018 at 6:16 pm #34133We have not opened as yet but it has been a summer to remember for sure!!!! Mold growing rampant with this humidity, backed up drains, a flooded school thankfully no damage because of a hose being left on all night. It’s got to get better. 🙂 I can’t wait for the conference to get away. 🙂

In reply to: Remote boiler stut off switch..
September 6, 2017 at 1:28 pm #32682We have experienced this and moved them as required. Clearly a poor choice because a student turned it off during a cold snap. Luckily we have building checks on the weekend and it was addressed before there was an issue.
We spoke to our local fire departments and they have ok’d verbally we could put it right inside the doorway. They will not put it in writing because of the fire code.
So we did that and have been ok so far.If this becomes mandatory in the future we will look into having an alarm connected to the EMS system to notify us the switch has been tampered with.
In reply to: Press Box ADA Compliance Waiver
May 2, 2017 at 10:58 am #32366We applied for two waivers and were denied. We installed one and are in the process of saving funds for the second.
One of them had an alternate setup with all equipment downstairs which was accessible but still we were required to put in a lift.
