May 14, 2018 at 12:51 pm #33798I agree with Joe. The State or your local fire department may make you remove the underground storage tank if it is no longer in use. I’ve actually kept two oil-fired boilers online (one alongside new condensing boilers) at different locations just so I wouldn’t be forced to remove the tanks.

January 18, 2018 at 10:21 am #33182They were the general contractors and roofers for our new roof on the high school in 2015. They know the roofing business – and are very good at it. They did seem to have some difficulties at times with there subs, ie. the glazers and the mechanical contractors. Coordination, and who “owns what” is always a problem on large jobs, so stay in the loop and be sure their relationship with the file sub-bidders is a good one.
James,

They came out and repaired out 25-year-old aluminium poles. I’m sure they do new installations as well.
Good Luck,

November 17, 2017 at 2:21 pm #33004Hi Sandra,
You would be hard-pressed to find any of us that at one time or another in our careers didn’t jump in a truck to plow at all hours – whether salaried or not. Bottom line is we all take it personally how “clean” our lots are for the arrival of the public every day and night… and some of us just love to plow!
I gave it up years ago and let the maintenance guys take it over; and I never received any stipend for it. Like the others, I would just adjust my schedule accordingly.
On most occasions my guys receive overtime for the task (depending on the time of day), and I felt I was taking work away from them by spending time behind the wheel.
Now I give up my work provided pick-up truck (and plow) to the maintenance staff and take my personal vehicle on snow days. Of course, its a pick-up with a plow too!!
