HWRSD has an Assistant Director, a Maintenance Coordinator, and a PT Admin person. The Asst. Dir. handles the Building Operator position at all schools in addition to any contracted services (trash, elevators, life safety, title V, etc.) That position is is mid to high 70’s. The Maint. Coordinator handles the direct mgmt. of the tech staff, WOS, summer help, services to the schools that involve maintenance and facilities, grounds, Athletic Director’s needs (field scheduling and striping/painting/layout), and requests that need some sort of immediate attention. That position is mid 60’s.
The Admin handles utility bills, energy use and tracking, cell phones, badges and entry system, grant administration, bid docs for capital projects, etc.
That position is in the mid 30’s
