I perform a Semi-Annual testing at our Campus. I use Cashins & Associates.
The other vendor : Tetra Tech zach.keefe@tetratech.com
This is not a cookie cutter program as every school have different challenges. Both of these companies perform work in several schools and they can set you up with the best IAQ Assesmet.

We at BHRTS wanted to start new as well. We went our for Bid for a new contract. We ended up with Buckley Elevators. They have been here once for a quarterly inspection, so I do not have much to say about them just yet.

I will continue with the MERV-13 Filters. The ESSER funds were generous enough so that my supplies will be plentiful for at least 2 more quarterly p.m.s. As long as the ESSER money is available, I will continue to tap into its funds. Good Luck

Hello Neighbor,
We are allowing rental at BHR. I believe we rent the pool to your swimming team. Cafeteria for a CPR training company (local nurses), and night basketball. COVID protocols are in the rental agreement and extra charge for COVID cleaning & Supplies were added.

- Dilute (Increase ventilation with outdoor air)
- Exhaust (Keep local exhaust running)**Bypass Wheel recovery wheels**
- Contain (Control indoor temp and humidity)(If your AHU system is sophisticated and controlled by BMS. Than do not open windows. System should be balanced.
- Clean Filter change more often
