Hi Bill,
I have been looking for the same position here and have had very little luck finding someone qualified for the salary range (same as what you are offering). Trying it once again to see if I can pull in any other resumes. Most of the candidates I’ve seen so far as just out of school and/or dont have much/any commercial experience. Best of luck to you!

I tried to buy and move modular classrooms about 5 years ago. The cost of the move was so much that it was not cost effective to end up with someone elses old modular in reasonably rough condition. I did move a modular building to another school. Costs of crane, transport, new corridor, roofing, electrical, clock and fire alarm services cost me 50% of the cost of having a new unit installed with all services provided by the modular company.
