We have used Gymnasium Floors, Inc. They’re out of Stoughton. rwatts@gymnasiumfloors.com

They do a great job for us and have good prices.

We always have a custodian on duty whenever anyone is in the building. We charge band, plays etc. to student activities and athletics also will be charged whenever there is a game.

We have both Victory and Ryobi sprayers. I instructed my staff 3 weeks ago to begin spraying again. We are using them in each room. We are also seeing an uptick in stomach bugs as well as COVID. We no longer contact trace but it’s not hard to see the absences. I took this approach to get ahead of the requests from parents and staff alike.

We use Embree Elevator. We’ve had good luck with them. Attentive and they do a monthly PM on all our cars.

We use Fuss & O’neill for our asbestos inspections and they can file for abatement. They can also contact contractors for removal. Very professional
