Summary

The Town of Shrewsbury seeks an organized and analytical individual to join the Public Facilities Division of the Department of Public Works as the Assistant Division Manager of Building Maintenance. The Assistant Division Manager of Building Maintenance supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment in over 1 million square feet of municipal and school buildings. The ideal candidate will be problem solver experienced in construction or trade related fields. Overseeing staff and contractors that install, inspect, repair, and maintain building systems, the successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to be part of the team that is involved in the opening of a brand new elementary school building.
